Looks like the week I totally bypass this. I am not farming those things as it would probably take waaaaay too much time. My 20 month old son won't allow me that much free time ....and they will probably sell for a small ransom so I'' sit tight till next week.

If you have the quest Gift of the Djinn, you can make a nice amount of Djinn spawn (more than how many are usually there). But don't turn it in as that will reduce the normal amount of spawns in the area.
